You can try holding 1 and 6 or 2 and 6 this only works with some models other numbers are not serial and cannot be used for code calculation if you can find a number M and six figures is what we require.
These units are easily removed to find Serial No. on label on the unit. <GOOD LUCK>

Not sure if anyone can help with this one, I have recently bought a Ford Focus at an auction. The problem is when I got home and entered the code for the radio, it didn't work. I removed the radio to get the serial number and just my luck, no serial numbers, they have all been removed.

I went into my local Ford dealers and they said it would have to be sent away and it would be cheaper to buy another one

I've done the 6 + 1 as suggested by a few people on here, this is the output,

50702201 - 0

DP - MV - SH - 225

81 - 10 - 00 - CD

also managed to see this number using a magnifying glass

YS4F 18C815 - AE

Any clues where to go from here?

Post the M****** number here and we will give you the serial. If it is V****** you will need to pay for the code, try here first as Ford will want £20+

I have a V number I have tried the link you provided (it won't let me re post it for some reason!) but the link to paypal doesn't actually work so I am unable to pay. Is there any where else I could get this?
