Would be really grateful for some help with a radio code for a 6000 stereo - serial no. M048506

Can anyone help with a Chrysler radio code for my Jeep Grand Cherokee? The part number is P04858543AF-A, date code 2840, s/n T Q1 AA 284 0 A1852, supplier 17719A.

My radio started asking for one when we had a new clutch fitted my serial no is:M386342 can anybody help please?
