Sorry. this Serial Number is not in my PHILIPS database but if you email [EMAIL="restoredclassic@aol.com"]restoredclassic@aol.com[/EMAIL] then they may be able to help as they have a larger database for these Renault / Philips radios (Mention this forum and there should be no charge)

If this does not work please quote the MAKE of CAR plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS found on any BARCODES or LABELS

Switch radio on
press 1st button repeatably til the number 5 is shown.
Press 2 nd button etc etc til 5 is shown
Press 3rd etc etc
Press .... you get the idea

When you have 5548 displayed press the 5th button!

.... I assume you have taken the serial number off of the sticker on the radio.

Apologies Reg, I should have said it's a fiat Punto and the available digits are 1 to 6.
