I've just got hold of an old escort and have had to replace the battery. The radio code that came with the manual though is not working so would appreciate if anyone could help out...

FD2006 M273813 - the code in the manual says 0404, but like i said, that doesn't work, so i'm assuming it's been reset or something at some point? I dunno... any advice would be muchos appreciated!
