i can help with this one as its the position my mum was in this morning, before you can re enter the code it has to reset and this can take a while you have to leave radio on and the ignition on position 1 for about 20 minites, then an option to enter your code appears after this time, enter code as per instructions and it should work.
its a pain but for every failed attempt you have to wait longer to reset, hope this helps
ps: it looks like the code you have is the wrong one, so make sure you have the correct code as you only get 10 attempts at this
thanks for your repley , just attemting to take radio out , to check seriel number for code to see if we have right code. any ideas how to take a radio out.0 -

Leave the RADIO switched ON.
This may involve leaving the ignition key in position 1 on the Ignition Switch
Here is a video showing how to remove a standard radio from the dashboard.
A pair of extractors are required (available from Ebay etc ) but these can be made from 2 pieces of bent, wire coat-hanger or 4 small drills(using the blunt end) or 4 small Allen Keys or 4 small screwdrivers or 4 nails or even 4 darts.
An assistant is useful to pull the radio out whilst you are releasing the 4 securing clips

note: on some radios (including yours ) , these 4 holes may be protected by 4 small screws. These can be unscrewed using the appropriate size of Allen key.
