iv found a bar code after taking the radio out and its
484916637,,when you say metal case do you mean the frame the radio is in as looked all over the stero for numbers ??

The label looks like this (without the watermark)

and the barcode number required is the lower one beginning with C7000000 + + + +
If there is no label like this then the code is only available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio0 -
