hi i just got a ford focus, radio displays LOCKED. Serial number of stereo is M108790. how do i unlock it in order to put in the code though? please thanks. also i need the code please!

Hi, try code 3912. Depending on your radio you could try following:

Repeatedly press button 1 until the correct first digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 2 until the correct second digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 3 until the correct third digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 4 until the correct fourth digit of the code is displayed.

Once the code has been correctly selected on the radio's display, press button 5 to enter. If "LOCK 10" is shown on the display, please contact us for guidance. If the display shows "LOCK 13" code entry will not be possible, and the unit will need to be electronically decoded by a car radio servicing specialist.

If you radio is showing 'LOCK 10' try holding down the button 6 on your radio whilst switching your radio on, this should give you 3 extra attempts to enter the code.
if this does not work then switch on the ignition AND the radio and leave undisturbed, 9 times out of ten this will clear it, downside could take up to an hour
