But a wire coathanger works well. Cut the hanger at the corners to produce two loops.
Push well into the two holes ( 3 inches??) then push wire sideways slightly and pull loops towards you.

Have a look to see if you have a barcode C7000000xxxx, post this for code. Otherwise code can only be provided by main dealer or radio decoding service.
