My Fiesta, and my dad's Focus both had battery issues recently (mine was flat :eek:, his was disconnected momentarily during a routine maintenance work :mad:).

p.s. ever seen MkIV Fiesta dashboard hazard lights flash and a periodic ticking sound after reconnecting a recharged battery after a few weeks' disconnection? I'm going to try recharging the thing again tonight and fully clean the contacts before next try...
