Hi, do I have to take out the radio itself to find the M code, if so how can this be done without the metal rod tool that comes with the car, thanks, Carl

i just phoned a local Nissan dealer and they said as I had already taken the radio out of the car they would do it free of charge, as long as i came in and showed the registration document
