there was an old code written on the sereo which had been entered too many times, now says locked?

So you never used 0417 ?

You have Lock BUT not Lock 13

no never used 0417
and yes says lock

Ok , as long as it says LOCK and not Lock 13 we have another last chance before the radio is junk/scrapped.

Will now just double check the advice I will give you. Be patient , will get back to you shortly.

Turn radio off. Press and hold 6 while turning on. LOCK10 should turn to code.

But before we do anything , tell me where you got the M088773 ?

Has the radio been replaced ?
