Hey there, can someone help me with my Ford code? Serial number M007358 (unit type FD 5000)
I have already tried 3715 and 8061 (several times) and I'm now on try number 7 of 10. Don't want it blocked!!

Hi, tried 0114 - nope!
It says I have to wait 30mins.
When I remove the wee security panel and then replace it, the stereo is saying ND03 EVX if this means anything??
Then when i press a button it goes back to the countdown.

A couple of questions for you:

1. Are you entering the code correctly?
2. If you haven't owned the car from new, is it possible it has been decoded already?
3. Part/s could have been replaced at some point?

I have double checked the serial and I have the code I gave you.:)

As with all the other posts have disconnected battery only to find my wife's manual states nothing of the code needed.

V codes are not available on here.
It's Ford or Radio Decoder Service.

Have you got the original book that came with the car?

Oh thats not good, no we don't the garage never gave us one.

Normally I would have suggested look in the book and/or manual but you don't have the book and the manual isn't doesn't have the code.

Before going to Ford, I would suggest looking on the net, you can always find one cheaper there.

todolistsocd - I went down to the car to have another look and the stereo itself says it's a 6000 model... I had got the serial number etc from the manual that I got with the car so it looks like it HAS been replaced. Now, how do I get the stereo out to look for the serial number! I have tried (being a girl) to force it out with two kitchen knives......
