Car Radio Unlocking

Hi all,
I've been trying to get the four digit keycode for my Ford Ka's radio after I unplugged it trying to fix a broken speaker. (see details)

Visteon 5000NE
5000 2 Channel RHD
Serial - M008779
Part Number - IS5F-18K876-DA

Any help on the key code would be greatly appreciated.

I have a FORD RDS 2007 with a 2040 CD player, and both need code after a battery change...

The serials are:
FORD RDS 2007 : L043037
FORD (SONY )2040 CD : 0015583

Please help my Vauxhall had to have a new engine and now my radio won't work, I cannot find the code anywhere. The radio is a CDR2005e and the serial number is GMO20532048496. Any help appreciated, thanks.
