I've double checked the code again and have the same.
Do you know if they stereo has been replaced at any time or if it has been blocked before and recoded?

Hi,

No it hasn't been replaced as the car belonged to my step dad from new. It definitely says 1382 in the book and that's what you have given me. I've put it in the correct way, in fact 6 times and it's blocked me out in the wait 30 minutes thing.

I'm at my wits and and obviously don't want to put it in incorrectly more than 9 times. Any ideas? Sorry to bother you. I know you help loads of people out on here and don't want to be a burden.

Hi sorry to bother you again, it didn't work but I've done a bit of digging and found out if you hold down the number 6 button and press 2, it displays the correct serial number which was totally different to what I gave you. How the heck has that happened?

Anyway, the serial code is M110711. Totally baffling. Do you think Ford may have given the wrong ownership book to my step dad when buying the car?

If you can get the code for that serial number, you my hero and owe you a pint!
