Check the SERIAL NUMBER again as it is one digit short

Also there might be a SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If you need a 4 digit code, you need to supply your M****** number.
