thats not the code, it should be 1941 if it hasnt been chipped or sommat stupid. All you should have to do is whip out the old stereo and plug in the new one and stick it back in the dash, just enter the code as per manual, or just go back a page or two in this thread and theres already full instructions in removing and reinstalling and entering codes;)

Anyone else noticed the lack of people giving thanks for providing codes recently, it dont take much to click thanks people, the very decent people on here give you the code for free instead of paying for it on ebay etc so at least have some decency and acknowledge it

trying to find the code for a 1998 megane, no one seems to be able to find anythign pre 2000

serial number is RN461FV4033197

Sorry this serial number is not in my PHILIPS database but if you ask [EMAIL="restoredclassic@aol.com"]restoredclassic@aol.com[/EMAIL] then they should be able to help as they have a much larger database.(Mention this MSE Forum and there should be no charge...)
