Ok maybe it was just one coat hanger. I still stick all 4 prongs in but the radio wouldn't budge. Hmmm...
    push outwards sideways
    and carefully pull radio forward.
you must do the holes on each side at the same time
Hope this has helped you :j
  • Tried again and only succeeded in defacing my radio. Gonna take it down to a garage! Thanks anyway.

  • Ok is this a serial code...?

It came up flashing when I held down 1 and 6:

    Hi
Does anyone know the radio code for a Peugeot Radio :-
Model PU-2325A(B) Serial No CL 0410Z0147576

I had the battery renewed and now the radio doesn't work, any help would be greatly appreciated

Just re read earlier post and seems I need a barcode number, so I guess not then :-(

    Many Thanks
    Yes...you are correct.

The only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
    C 7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio

There should be another 14 character SERIAL NUMBER somewhere...usually stamped in the metal casing in the format GM0400********
