the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet
is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C 7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service
or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
inside your radio

Can some one help I am trying to post a question and other than the 'quote' cant seem to find a way. Deb
I am looking for a radio code for my mums car as the battery died. Its a y reg vauxhall astra, and the radio is a phillips. I am not seeing the car till tomorrow so wont be able to find any serial numbers etc till then. What info do i need???

ps. Din style release keys USE an old metal coat hanger
then come back and post the numbers like GM0300x1234567 AND 7xxx xxx xxx to see if any one can help you.
