Thankyou Hoofehearted the code worked fine.
This is how i removed the radio using a homemade tool

Cut an eight-inch piece of wire from a metal coat hanger, using a pair of heavy wire cutters.

Bend the wire into the shape of U, with the legs of the U one and three-quarter inches apart. The tips of the U should be even with each other.

File the ends of the tips of the U into points with a file. The points do not have to be sharp: a relatively blunt tip is fine.

Put the ends into the holes in the radio and push bent ends towards doors and pull. There is a video on youtube that illistrates removal process.
