what info is needed to get a code?

The magic M****** number , try ( if its a 4500 radio) 2nd and sixth button
Otherwise remove radio from dash board , not difficult , fine a yellow sicker
M followed by 6 numbers post here.

Do you just hold the 2nd and 6th button down when its turned on?

Yes , but I cant remember which radio was in the Ka
The 4500 model was the one in which the dashboard was split into three
( common in the fiesta)

Just popped the stereo out, has bp nr 7640377316 on a sticker and BP 037734751453 stamped into the case. I can supply lots of other no if needed
