Where did you get the M****** , has the radio been changed

The code is on a keycode label that is in with the car manual ect.

I bought the car 2nd hand but it was only 10 months old at the time.

Suppose there is a chance the code or stereo was changed for some reason?

I'm a bit stuck really!!

I think you should remove radio from dashboard .

What does it say on the display, if LOCK10 all is not lost but will not tell you how until you confirm the serial as you only get 3 more tries. We need you to check the serial number off of the radio and not from the handbook or any bits of paper you may have, if a Fiesta with the "3 part" unit press 6 and 2 and the serial will show on the display.
