You did not mention the exact thing that is displayed. Is it LOCK 10? Or LOCK 13? Or ... ? It is a lot easier for us to help you if you could be precise in telling us what you see.

If it is LOCK 10, you may try turning off the radio, press and hold 6, then turn on your radio. After a few seconds, if you see CODE, you can then enter your code.

It shows locked and a number 3 underneath.

I suppose it could be saying 13!

hi, i'm looking for the code for my old 1995 ford sound 2000. i thought i knew the code off by heart but sadly, after a few attemps, it just now shows 10. serial number FD2005 L 0737469. yep, i know i'm old & daft, thanks if you can help.
