Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
    C 7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio
  • Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply RegWorts. I've just checked the radio and unfortunately it doesn't have the Barcode Serial Number you mention......have you had experience of those sites that advise they can supply the code? Would they be able to supply the Clarion one I require....?

    Thanks
    Mike.

There are larger professional sites and Main Dealers who could supply the original code by looking your Serial Number up on the original factory database...for a cost of around £20 or more (unless you can blag it for free from your Main Dealer)

The snag is, if the code does not work, then , more than likely, you will not get your money back.

The best option is to take it into a Radio Decoding Service (such as a local Car Radio Store) for them to connect a laptop to read the actual working code inside your radio. This will be guaranteed to work but will still cost around £15 > £25 (plus p+p if applicable )
  • hi, i hope this is the right place to ask ,can anybody give me the radio code for a blaupunkt car 300 radio from a vauxhall ,the s/n on the side is GM030T5483343
  • I have a locked audio 10 stereo after changing the battery on the car.

I have previously been given a code with a 6 in but my stereo only has 4 number buttons on.

Could someone please help, serial no: AL2910Y1159583.

    Thanks in advance.
  • Hi guys,

I just bought a second hand BMW 316 Touring estate and it comes with a functional PH7050 BMW Business integrated radio.

The seller didn't give me the security code and my poor old Vauxhall Corsa lost his battery once and (it was also second hand) the radio got into safe mode and I came here for help and apparently it was impossible, so I don't want that happening to me again with the new one.

Could you please give me the security code for the PH7050 with serial number 21365354?

    Thank you so much!

It's best to be ready :D

    Carlos
