Multiple code requests - why do you need a code for a different serial only a few days after another request?
This thread is for genuine requests from Ford owners who have lost their radio code. It is not meant for traders/ebayers.

Hi Tracey
I'm very doubtful on your quoted serial number. For your radio,
it would normally begin with letters 'BP', like BP9372.
Could you have another look. The number is also often stamped on
the metal casing as well.
Cheers.0 -
Hi again,i know this is probably the wrong place to put this as it is a tip on li ion type batteries that no longer hold charge.
ie most mobiles and DVD players and ipods and loads of other devices work great until the battery's wont hold charge for more than a few mins.
The cheeky beggars tell us they will recycle them and happily sell you a new one.
Try this.
Put the battery in the freezer for 24 hours, remove from freezer and allow to thaw.Charge as normal and they may take a full charge again.
We have a DVD player that was down to 2mins of retainable charge, its currently been playing for over an hour now and still going strong.
My friends ipod did exatly the same.
If the battery is no good you have nothing to lose.
Pass this tip on to save people wasting their cash.
And feel free to move it to the appropriate thread.0 -
