if you go to your local halfords and ask nicley they will do it free, usally they have the fitters keys around and they be happy to pop open the stereo for you as it only takes 10 seconds.

hold 6, and 1 (or 2), serial should then show up - will start SNM..., then 6 numbers.

Hi, My Ford 6000CD for some reason now needs a code entering to restart, wierd as it suddenly silenced mid trip, the battery has not been disconnected and there doesn't appear to be anything else electrical wrong with the car! I would be grateful if anybody could supply the four digit code for serial number M003745. Thanks.
