i would be eternally grateful if you could find out the code for my serial number after having some work done - jaw nearly hit the floor when ford garage said they couldnt find it on their system and that it would £20+vat....

serial number: M016847

also, any thoughts on what the problem may be if it is flashing code but pressing the preset buttons doesnt do anything?
