That is how you recover from LOCK10. LOCK13 needs pro decoding with special kit and can only be done once. A bin is usually the best option

Sorry, I can't help - don't have the software which will generate the code for a unit with a 'W' serial. Someone else on here might be able to give you more info?

Thank you very much, I believe I just found a message on this forum where they told that a South-American Ford has a different system and for this they are not able to help...
