thanks regworts tried code but it has been changed when it was reprogrammed contacted repairer and they can give details if i send copy of logbook and £10 addmin fee thanks again

I now have our radio code thanks alot Ste very much appreciated :money:
Now we also know how to Enter it unfortunately our Screen will only say "Lock 13" does this meen the radio is Locked as in forever to many incorrect codes entered or something ?

Hi all, had to put my transit in for a service and have picked one up with a locked radio - I drive for a living so nightmare!

I think my serial number is V102535

I say think because I seen in an earlier post that you hold down 1 and 6 to retrieve this?

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks

Depends on the radio , but otherwise its out with the radio . If you are certain its a V number , you must try Ford.

LOCK 13 - Incorrect code entered too many times. Looking at other forums, it appears the only solution is to remove the unit and have it decoded by Ford or a radio servicing specialist. Might be cheaper to get a new one from ebay?
