Car Radio Unlocking

i bought my Fiesta several years ago. had to disconnect the battery at the weekend and don't have the 4 digit code anywhere. there are two serial numbers on the radio, M158754 and M004863. can anyone help?

P.S. by the way it's a 2003 Ford Fusion and we're on the 4th try now, if that affects anything, also any chance it could lock after another try ?

The code supplied by the 192guy is the right code for that serial:(
Where did you get the serial from? If from the vehicle paperwork then treat as suspect. If from the actual unit then it would appear that the unit has been recoded in the past, if this is the case then I'm afraid it's off to the dealer:eek: or local decode service to have it recoded again

we're on the 4th try now

No need to worry (yet) you will have 10 attempts before needing to panic!
You can clear and reset by switching the radio on and leaving UNDISTURBED for around an hour

8206 = 158754
6033 = 004863

I wonder if anyone could help with the code for a Ford 6000 serial No. M130706.

Would be grateful as spent over £500 to get the damn thing fixed today!!

Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR500) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
