Hello, does anyone know what it means if the radio in my ford galaxy says 'locked forever'? Does that mean no code will work on it? Thanks.0

It just maybe, Tho I've never heard of 1 saying that b4!
Try switching it on and leaving it UNDISTURBED for about an hour, I suspect that if it has not cleared by then then it is permanent. Not sure if a dealer or local decode service could unlock it.

Thought as much. To add insult to injury, I bought another one off ebay and its turned up without a code (I've emailed the seller) and I cant even post the serial number here because the label on the side of the radio has been removed0

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)0
