hurrah! after much fiddling and even a little swearing, finally worked out you had to push the screwdrivers laterally to get the radio out! clearly, I'd make a rubbish thief.

Anyway, please can someone help me with the radio code for my fiesta:

Radio Model 3000 traffic, serial number M012007

Just got a 1998 Ford Ka and stereo is locked, details are as follows;

Model: 5000 RDS EON
Ser: M003550

Many thanks in advance! Ford the robbing BA*****S want £20 to unlock it. Thing is I have all the original service book with radio manual and the code isnt even in that!!

You say the radio is locked! Do you mean locked or just asking for a code?? If it is showing lock (ie lock 10, then switch the radio on and leave undisturbed, could take an hour, this will clear it. If it is showing lock 13 then :eek:)
