    Hi there,

I have just bought a Peugeot 106 Wreg. There was a problem with one of the battery wire and now the radio asks me for a code. Can anyone help please? I know it sounds stupid but where do I look for the reg/serial number.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
hi if you remove the radio and have a look along the side you will find the serial number there either on a sticker or engraved on the radio.:D :D:D

    Hey bubblegum

I got my hands on the code generators here:- http://www.floodle.net/extra/ebayinfo/car_radio_decode.html

Not sure how to enter the serial # in some of them i.e. Grundig ones

Any tips so everyone here can use it too?

Ive been trying numerous sites in the hope of obtaining the code for my radio. Ive provided the serial number but all the sites say they don't have a record of it. Any idea what I do next?

I want to put the original car hifi back in my Saab 93 convertible to sell the car. Saab main dealer told me they could not unlock the unit. I believe that the unit is made by Clarion for Saab. The model number is PU 2135A, serial number isV1002660. Hopefully unlike them you can help. Cheers. Foxee
