Hi ive got a Ford 4500 RDS E-O-N radio that lost its code when i had to disconnect battery and i wasnt provided with the code when i bought the car.

Anyone know the unlock code?

I have a Seimens VDO CDR 500 in a Vauxhall Astra Coupe.

I have many codes but I believe the one you need is:
GM13107918

Can I please have the unlock code?

Hi just wanting to know if anyone can help I don't have the keys to remove my radio and I need to get the code any ideas on how to get the seriel number without removing the radio? It is a FORD FOCUS 2006 6000CD thanks.

Try pressing 2 & 5 together or 2 & 6 together. The number may appear on the screen. If not then you will have to pull it out. The keys will only cost a few £ off eBay, much less than Ford will charge for the code

Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR500) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
