My wife's MGF recently refused to start, at which point she decided that as a result of our marriage vows she had the right to take my car as her own, leaving me to use public transport. After three weeks of the bus, I finally had the opportunity and good weather to fix the car which required new HT leads and battery. The car now runs again, but my wife doesn't want it back unless the radio works, for which she now informs me she has no radio code. I'm sure she's angling for a new fancy stereo, but if I could get the code for the original it would make me (if not my wife) very happy. The serial number for the head unit is:
RG747FW2026171.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry...this code will only be available from the MG Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service as accress is required to the original factory database0 -

She's managed to lose the documentation with the car and now needs the radio code.
Its a 2001 306 Pug, single slot cd player.
the numbers are...
model PU - 2294A(C)
serial CL0401Y0192723
Thanks in advance
Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

The battery died on my car, meaning that when it was recharged, the radio was locked out.
It's a Peugeot 206 (1999)
These are the codes that I wrote down but I'm not sure which ones are which.
-Blaupunkt Peugeot T1 Top
- 9625133480
-C6BPN2625816
- C72000009161
- 7 648 145 392
There was the 4 digit code 3599 on the top of the radio. However the car seems to only have to options to enter a number with the digits '1-6'
I hope you can help
If it does not work post the 14 character Serial Number beginning with
BP ++++++++++++ often found stamped in the metal casing0 -

DUPLICATE POST
There is no need to post the same question twice
The questions on this forum are eventually answered for free by volunteers so repeat postings are annoying and timewasting........and therefore ignored !
.
If you are so impatient for a code the I suggest you contact one of the Online Decoding Services who will supply your code by return....for a fee
