The model number is 22DC349-60B, serial number stamped in the case is RG349FY1188817 and the other number on the sticker is FD1000451188817

This one is not in my database and I`m fairly certain that it will be too "new" to be calculated for free by any of my contacts (the database only goes up to 1055429 )
The Philips is a database in several parts and overall is extremely large (and very expensive !).so the complete range is only held by the really professional Decode Specialists
You`ll have to contact one of these professionals (Will cost around £10 if you`re lucky)
