Hi,

Have left vehicle running for 1hr 30 mins now and it is still showing locked with a 10 underneath it?

I have left the engine running on the car, is that correct....also where did my post go?

You originally posted on the Car Radio Thread, then this one on the Ford Radio!
Afraid all I can say is it normally resets within an hour of being switched on.
You could also try the following:
hold down the button 6 on your radio whilst switching your radio on, this may give you 3 extra attempts to enter the code

Thanks for your help so far - I took the radio out this morning and it says:

MODEL PU-9534A
12V GROUND
ASSEMBLED IN FRANCE
96 100 405-ZL

Barcode No: 0074986

There is a little sticker on the other side that just says No. 4756

There doesn't appear to be a manufacturers brand - I believe it is the original stereo that came with the car.

Turn radio off. Press button 6 and turn on whilst holding 6. Code then should appear on screen.
