Have tried so many times the code that i thought it was that it is now showing LOCKED with a small number 10 underneath the word and wont allow me to input a code

Am I stumped or can i get around it...have just taken unit out of car again and as such disconnected the power to it to see if it resets itself

After 10 attempts, unit locks (lock 10) usually no worries. Switch stereo on and leave UNDISTURBED, could take around an hour.
Do NOT attempt any more entries till it clears, if it gets to LOCKED 13 - then gets expensive!!
