I've been tearing my hair out with my radio and would appreciate some help. It's from a VW Transporter:

These VW Blaupunkt codes are only available from a Main VW Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

They are extra secure and cannot be calculated using software

That code is the CORRECT code for that serial!
Could be that your stereo has been re-coded in the past if so then afraid you are going to have to get it done again.

Try resetting the stereo, leave it switched on, undesturbed. Could take up to an hour then try code again

and its a V serial number - typical. Phone ford I guess?
