Not presonally had to enter code on this unit.
Are you pressing and holding down the button?
If so my instruction may not have been clear!
Repeatedly press button 1 till 3 shows
Repeatedly press button 2 till 4 shows etc
if this was not the case then can only suggest you have a look at this site: it gives instructions for most Volvo Units http://www.dndservices.co.uk/manufacturers_d.php?manufacturerid=50&mmode=decode

If you still have no joy, post back and hopefully one of the others will be able to help

Sorry , if there is no barcode serial number beginning with C7000000 + + + +
then the code is not available for free from anywhere on thr Internet.

Main Dealer or a Decoding Service only

Volvo do not make radios . They only affix their badge onto radios made by the well known manufacturers.

The code entry instructions will then also depend on the make + model of radio.

So the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard in order to identify your radio make+model.

Then quote all the letters+numbers found on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing if you want to see if the code can be calculated.
