Anyone know a code for a Vuxhall Zafira radio vdo cdr 500 - number on radio GMO50032004495
previous owner was unable to provide code and after paying for removal keys AND allen keys to get at seriel number, was quoted £25 from radio-code for code. Am I just going to have to go for it??

Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR500) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

We just had some repair work done and radio has come back not working, if anyone could give me the code would be extremely grateful, serial is:

M093224

My brother has attempted to 'guess' the code a few too many times though and not it just says 'locked'.....can I disable this by disconnecting the radio or battery?

CODE = 1333 :beer:

To remove "locked" message leave radio switched on until it goes away. The correct code can then be input
