I hope you can help, my wifes ford focus stereo/radio started asking for the code after a particularly cold night. My wife can't find the code. Can anyone help please, before she drives me bonkers.

Sorry:o we are unable to decode units starting with V afraid you are going to have to use a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
