It was buttons 1 & 6 to get the unit info on the display. There were 5 displays;

1, FDC2004 M089325
2, C307 02-03-14D_C
3, C8202 18 SA 811000
4, SEPT 2 2004
5, JA CB AT RW RL AR

So, from the M number given I would assume that the code is 8202 as listed on the 3rd page. Please could you confirm either way by checking for me please.

Also does anyone have any idea what the letters on the 5th line mean please.
