Car Radio Unlocking

hi can any body help me need for 3000 traffic radio serial m103216

Following a service we need a code for a Rover 45 Blaupunkt CD/Radio.

The details I got from the top of the radio are;

XQE 100 380
BP 0263 1 842 4538
FD 141 Index 48
7 640 263 342

I can't see anything I recognise as a model detail, just the Blaupunkt label. We've tried other codes, including one from a tag on the key fob, but it doesn't seem to work. Nor is there anything that looks like a code in the manual.

We'd appreciate any help, thanks.
