£49 for myfi + £7.50 for wifi card = £56.50 when i was at school and if you can share the cost of the internet it would work out cheaper and dont say the height of ridiculousness.
YOU RECOMEND THIS ???? HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS ????
Take a look at this Zoostorm Freedom Netbook - 10.2" screen for £144 instead.
I have purchsed 24 of them and all but 2 have given problems so i have given up selling them.
why do you think they are £144 at argos clearance site

I guess because they had problems with the wireless drivers. The wrong ones were installed. Perhaps you can tell us....and link us the the poor reviews.
As far as I knew, the poor reviews were linked to the 8.9" model. So, enlighten us.
Share the cost of the Internet?? Where did the OP suggest that this was of interest? Contain your childish excitement for when someone actually asks about the sharing of Internet costs via mobile broadband.0 -
Well, it's got wi-fi included...0

Wow, wasn't expecting much interest! Thanks to all who've replied, I've learnt alot.Share the cost of the Internet?? Where did the OP suggest that this was of interest? Contain your childish excitement for when someone actually asks about the sharing of Internet costs via mobile broadband.
What is OP, is that me? Does it stand for "old person", and how did you know! (well, old compared to the techie types that I envisage you as).
I'm not sharing the connection, in fact I wanted to use a 3 sim on 3G part of the time, but sadly HDSPA netbooks are nowhere near this price range. I didn't know computers still shipped with USB 1.1! Got me thinking that maybe that could be the reason this (apparent) gem is so cheap on Argos Clearance.

No, it's cheap because computer technology moves so quickly. People pay a premium for the latest craze, leaving behind perfectly serviceable equipment.
It's a good website for those who aren't bothered that someone has opened the box before them.If the machine delivered isn't as new, return it for a refund or exchange.
I wouldn't necessarily go for that machine, as I don't know how well supported it is. Can't even find a website for Bauer. It's probably a clone, but I'm not sure.

The point is, that if it's so hard to find support, forget about it. You want a well supported machine.0 -

Maybe some colours are more popular than others. Don't kill yourself over it. You can send it back if it's not in perfect condition. One one black one left.
Note that the processor is less powerful than in other netbooks, but if you are not doing anything demanding...0
