Hi everyone,
hoping someone could give me a bit of advice
i'm currently with tmobile paying £35 a month (or more
)
i'm out of contract so have decided to do something about it
i've been offered an upgrade for a blackberry 8520 (i want a blackberry and i just said the cheapest, need proper email on phone)
600 minutes
500 texts
unlimited web
unlimited blackberry services
£25 18 month contract
£20 24 month contract
is this a good deal?
could i negotiate any more
i've searched other providers but seem to keep getting completely different deals?
i hoping i can go back to them and point out orange offer bla bla rather than having the hassle of moving
thanks so much in advance

It's exactly the same deal as they are currently offering new customers. Make of that what you will.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

does that mean i can get a better deal?0

Well Virgin will only give you 400 minutes for £25 but then unlimited texts so it's what you really need.
I would just say that the 8520 is described as an entry level BB, if you can get a better spec one for the price I would probably try that route.
I wonder if it's worth checking other phones for email capabilities because then you're not factoring in the forced BB data service
Good luck0 -
It seems to be the best deal available directly from the networks. You could push them a bit, I guess, play the loyalty card but I can't see them budging much.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

try and push them for the BB 9700, an overall better phone which should be getting a better operating system soon

You could try Phones4U, Carphone Warehouse or any of the plethora of other resellers out there. They buy airtime in bulk off the networks at a discounted rate and can pass the savings on to customers. You could try playing here...
