Hi
We are currently ending our business phone contract and are switching neworks.
As we want to keep the same numbers i have been told that i will need t request PAC cdes from our current supplier.
I beliee that we can have the codes 10days before the contracts ends...??
Once recieved PACcodes i ned to pass them onto our new network and the said this will take about two days....
my question is...once i have given pac codes to new network will the other handset and number still be in use - on will staff be without there phones for 2 days?? Or does the new number just start working aftera few days while the old network still works??
sorry if thats confusing just i need sme advice to make the switch over as easy as possible.

After you've given your pac to the new network it takes about 2 to 4 business days for the port to go through. At that point the old sims will stop working and sonn after the new ones will pick up your old T mobile numbers. Its not always right away, there can be a lag between the old sims stopping and the new ones getting assigned your old numbers of a few minutes/hours. . .0
