I paid a company £4000 (50% up front) for a piece of equipment, that was six months ago! excuse after excuse for the delay to supply me with my item! what can I do? :mad:

    What was the item?
    What method of purchase was it (online, in store etc)?
    How did you pay?
    Are you a consumer, or is this a business purchase?

    Half a question will only get you half an answer.

    ask for a refund as per your contract....you do have a contract specifying delivery, payment etc?

    it was a custom build wheelchair for myself paid on visa card with a representative of the cmpany

    I assume you signed some sort of contract/schedule about delivery etc?

    What does your contract say about delivery date?
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
