That would be the only way they could refuse the childrens club if they had took the full capacity of children in

But if you book through Thomas Cook but on a Thomson package this doesnt exclude you from the kids clubs

You obviously aint entitled to use the Thomson childrens club if you have booked a Thomas Cook package

Most hotels have there own kids clubs unless its a specific Thomson super family or something

It really depends on what type of holiday your looking at

I meant if lots of operators are in the same hotel and its a Thomsons kids club if you have booked a Thomas cook package you can be refused, not if you booked a Thomsons holiday through Thomas Cook. Usually the kids club is hotel run and anyone can go or if it was a thomsons kids club then usually there wouldnt be other operators in that hotel. But i have been to a hotel in the last few years that did have a Thomsons kids club and we were with Thomas Cook and they only let my daughter join because there was room and i had to pay for her to join, im racking my brain to think which it was canaries or tenerife.

i had a similar scenario in the shop a few weeks ago. it was cheaper to book the kids as adults so that what had been done. however when they got to the resort the children were unable to use the childrens clubs as the child/staff ratio had been reached. if its off-season they can let the children attend but are under no obligaton to as technically they have not been booked as children.
