losing the will to live with buymobilephones.net

ok so i decided i wanted 2 wildfires on t mobile. this was the only place showing as in stock, so i went thru quidco like i should and ordered them on the 14th. i then got an email on the 18th ( despite promieses of next day delivery on their site for in stock phones ) saying they didnt have any.
i phoned up and she said she was very sorry the wesite was misleading ( i needed to use my pac code before the 20th to avoid paying another month to o2) and that they would be gettgin 100 phones in and i would be gettign one of those. i told her i wanted 2 and she said "oh i thougth it was a mistake, hang on ill just put a note saying you definatley want 2 on the system".
fast forward to fridayand i get an email saying your order has been processed and is being delivered on the 23rd (today) i then get a second email saying "your phone is out of stock we'll email you when its in". i then got another email today saying " theres a problem with the courier your phone will be with you tommorow".
the thing that has confused me is that the phone they are sendign me tomorow is the second one i ordered. the first one i am still waiting on ( despite her saying oh yes they will both be being sent out) so they obvioulsy arent processing them in order. and also if their website says next day delivery, and they started processing my order ( so obviously had stock in ) on frdiay afternoon, why is it taking them till wednesday moringin to get my phone to me.
