Battery gone faulty, Nokia E63 on 3 Mobile contract

I'm 10 months into an 18 month contract with 3 Mobile, and the battery on my Nokia E63 has stopped charging up. It was on the charger all night but still dead as a dodo this morning. I can use the phone when plugged in to the charger but when I take it off it's dead.
Before I go and make a fool of myself, does anyone know if 3 Mobile might change the battery for me without cost, given the phone was free with the contract?

It should still be under warranty...
Is it an original Nokia battery?
Head in to a "Three" store first before you call them for your sanity's sake! lol
They may just swap out the battery or tell you to contact Nokia direct..
If they do use this link to check it's under warranty:
